The Partida family estate is on 5,000 acres outside of Amatitan, Mexico. Its rich, red volcanic soil is ideal for cultivating the blue agave and the microclimate perfectly attuned to the crafting of tequila. The piñas are slowly baked and fermented before being double-distilled in pot stills. Handmade under the direct supervision of maestro tequilero Enrique Partida, Elegante is matured in American oak barrels for 36 to 40 months.

This artisanal tequila is too marvelous to share with the in-laws. It has a dark amber hue and an enticing bouquet of caramel, baking spices and vanilla with light floral notes. Its aromatics alone are worth the price of admission. The satiny medium-weight body bathes the palate with waves of spicy flavors that gradually subside into a memorable finish.

Partida 100% Agave Blanco Tequila is bottled fresh from the still. It has a svelte, silky smooth body and an engaging bouquet of pepper and spice. The palate is a balanced, long lasting offering of dried herbs, black pepper and delightfully subtle fruit notes. Partida® 100% Agave Reposado Tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of six months. The tequila has an amber hue and a slightly sweet bouquet. The palate is a delicious affair of vanilla, spice and almonds.

Partida Añejo Tequila is matured for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels previously used to age Jack Daniel's. During aging the tequila acquires an alluring copper hue and a generous bouquet of ripe red fruit, honey and cocoa aromas. About the moment it washes over your palate you'll realize that you're in the presence of greatness. The tequila has a lushly textured, satiny smooth body and waves of pastry-like flavors. The memorable finish is top notch.
